"Keep the principle simple – either do it or die trying."
Whatever work you're doing—be it trading or anything else—just make up your mind that “I have to become successful in this.”
In the beginning, there will be problems—a lot of them. You will feel like quitting, but don’t quit.
If you quit, you'll never succeed in any field in life. I say this with full conviction.
But if you persist, you may struggle in the short term, but gradually you’ll find the right path. One day, you will definitely become successful.
Master one thing. Focus on one area and master it.
If your life feels like zero right now, then decide once and for all—it’s either success or death trying.
Keep it simple—this is crucial.
When I say “die,” I don’t mean it literally—but you must have that kind of mental pressure that "I have to achieve this."
It won’t happen in a day, but it will happen eventually.
So if you want to become a trader, then make up your mind—you HAVE to become one.
There will be losses, problems, and moments where you'll want to quit. But don't.
Understand the problem, solve it, and master that part.
The day you become a master, whatever losses you’ve had in a year or even in your whole life—they’ll all be recovered in a single good month.
You can’t even imagine how fast things can turn.
So keep this simple principle—whether it’s trading or business—whatever you want to do, become a master at it.
98% of people say they want to become this or that, and then keep changing.
Never think about doing something else. If today you say “let me try this,” and tomorrow “let me try that,” you’ll never become successful in life.
I say this with full conviction.
Let me tell you a story that has a deep lesson:
There was once a very cruel and powerful king. He had lakhs of soldiers and used to torture people of the kingdoms he conquered. He would seize all their wealth and make their lives hell.
He had his eyes on a small kingdom.
The small kingdom had very few soldiers—about 10,000, while the cruel king had 1,00,000 soldiers.
The smaller king knew if he surrendered, the cruel king would kill him anyway.
So he thought, “If I’m going to die either way, why not die fighting?”
His army commander was very intelligent. He decided to attack first, at night, before the enemy could strike.
They marched through the night and crossed a river to reach the enemy’s land.
After all soldiers crossed, the commander burnt all the boats and told his soldiers:
“You have only two options—win or die. There is no way back.”
They had only 1% chance of winning, but no other option.
The soldiers fought with all their might because they knew they had to win or perish.
And guess what? They won.
Why? Because they had no other option. There was no way back.
That’s the lesson:
If you keep options like “If not trading, I’ll try something else,” you’ll never succeed.
Burn those options.
Just like that commander who burned the boats, you must remove all fallback plans.
Only then will you truly give your 100% to your goal.
And once you do that, nothing in the world can stop you.
So decide—if I want to become a trader, I will become one.
Burn the alternatives. If you keep thinking “I’ll do something else if this fails,” you’ll waste your whole life jumping from one thing to another.
So kill the option. Just like the commander did.
